Unhappy 'Hideaways Club' investors denied by Supreme Court in ongoing dispute

Members of a timeshare scheme who stopped paying their fees following a dispute with the company operators have failed in their efforts to avoid paying back the money they owe.

Investors in the Hideaways Club were unhappy with their investments and a number of them stopped paying towards their memberships.

However, in December, the Supreme Court ruled they were bound to their contracts


The decision is being appealed.
